User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Jqka Kitchen Puzzles. By downloading, installing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept any part of this agreement, you must stop using the app immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen years of age to use Jqka. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before creating any in-app content or making a purchase.

3. Account and Progress

Your game progress, ingredient library and coin balance are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a remote account system. You are solely responsible for any device you use to access Jqka and the data stored on it.

4. In-App Purchases

• All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store billing system.
• The virtual coins you buy can only be used inside Jqka and carry no real-world monetary value.
• Refunds, cancellations and disputes are handled by Apple in accordance with their published policies.
• Promotional product packs may be limited in quantity or period and may be withdrawn without advance notice.

5. Virtual Currency Rules

Coins are required to enter certain game modes and unlock optional content. Coins earned from gameplay or rewards are not exchangeable, refundable, or transferable outside the app.

6. Player Conduct

• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app.
• You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or third-party hacks to modify gameplay.
• You agree not to share any content you do not have the right to submit.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, code, trademarks and design assets inside Jqka are the property of the publisher. These terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights except a personal, non-transferable license to use the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Jqka if we suspect a violation of these terms. On termination your right to use the app ends immediately and any local data may be purged.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Jqka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update this agreement at any time. Material changes will be reflected in a new version of the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
