Your privacy matters to us. This policy describes how Jqka Kitchen Puzzles collects, uses and protects your information when you use the app. By using Jqka you agree to the practices outlined below.

2. Information We Collect

• Local game data. Ingredients, favorites, coin balance and high scores are stored on your device using standard iOS persistence.
• App Tracking Transparency response. We record your answer to the system ATT dialog so we only prompt you once.
• In-app purchase receipts. Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive only the minimum transaction metadata required to deliver the coin reward.
• Diagnostics. Apple may provide anonymous crash reports if you have opted in through system settings.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used strictly to run the app, deliver purchased content, and improve the quality of the experience. We do not sell personal information to third parties and we do not build advertising profiles from your gameplay.

4. Permissions We May Request

• Camera and Microphone. Optional, used when you capture photos of ingredients or narrate voice notes.
• Tracking. The ATT dialog asks whether apps can access the identifier for advertisers. Your choice is stored locally.

5. Data Retention

Local content remains on your device for as long as the app is installed. Deleting the app removes all user data. You may also use the in-app reset actions to clear specific pieces of information at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

Jqka is a family-friendly experience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided us with data please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Data Security

We rely on Apple's system-level sandbox and keychain services to keep your device data safe. No method of electronic storage is one hundred percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

8. Third-Party Services

Jqka uses Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases. StoreKit is governed by Apple's own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

9. Your Choices

• You may revoke permissions at any time through iOS Settings.
• You may delete your gameplay data by uninstalling the app.
• You may decline the ATT prompt and still enjoy the full game experience.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices. When we do, we will publish the new version inside the app. Please revisit this page from time to time.
